Refund Policy

At Weblinki, we're committed to providing quality UI design education. We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. This policy outlines how we handle refund requests for our learning programs — because transparency matters when you're investing in your education.

1 Eligibility Criteria

We evaluate refund requests based on specific circumstances and timing. Not every situation qualifies, but we try to be fair when genuine issues arise.

Early Withdrawal

Full refunds available if you withdraw within 7 days of enrollment and haven't accessed more than 15% of course materials.

Technical Issues

Refunds considered when platform problems prevent access for more than 5 consecutive days, provided you've reported issues to support.

Medical or Personal Circumstances

Partial refunds may be available for documented emergencies that prevent program completion. Each case reviewed individually.

Program Cancellation

Full refunds issued automatically if Weblinki cancels a program before it starts or within the first two weeks.

2 The Refund Process

Here's what happens when you submit a refund request. We've tried to make this straightforward, though some steps take time due to financial processing requirements.

Email info@weblinki.com with your enrollment details and reason for the refund request. Include your full name, program name, and enrollment date.

Our team reviews your request within 3 business days. We'll reach out if we need additional information or documentation.

Decision Notification

You'll receive a decision via email within 7 business days of submitting your complete request. We'll explain our reasoning either way.

Processing Payment

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

3 Processing Timelines

Different payment methods have different processing speeds. These timelines start after we've approved and initiated your refund.

Expected Refund Timeline by Payment Method

  • Credit Card: 5-10 business days after processing
  • Debit Card: 5-10 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfer: 7-14 business days after processing
  • Digital Wallets: 3-7 business days after processing
Important Note:

These timelines reflect typical processing periods, but your bank or card issuer might take additional time. If you haven't received your refund within the expected window, check with your financial institution first — they can often track it on their end.

4 Partial Refunds

Sometimes a full refund doesn't apply, but a partial refund might. We calculate these based on how much of the program you've completed and accessed.

If you've completed between 15% and 50% of a program, you may be eligible for a 50% refund. Beyond 50% completion, refunds typically aren't available — though we do consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

For programs with multiple modules or phases, we calculate completion based on the specific content you've accessed, not just time elapsed since enrollment.

5 Non-Refundable Situations

There are scenarios where refunds aren't possible. We want to be upfront about these situations:

  • Certificate programs where certificates have already been issued
  • Downloadable resources or materials that have been accessed and saved
  • Programs completed beyond 50% of total content
  • Requests submitted more than 60 days after enrollment
  • Special promotional or discounted enrollments (these are final sale)
  • Third-party software licenses or tools purchased through Weblinki

6 Special Circumstances

Life happens. We get that. If you're facing a genuine hardship — medical emergency, family situation, unexpected financial difficulty — reach out to us directly.

While we can't guarantee a refund in every situation, we do review exceptional cases individually. We've worked out alternative solutions before, like program transfers, extended access periods, or payment plan adjustments.

Documentation Required:

For special circumstance requests, we may ask for supporting documentation. This helps us make fair decisions and protects the integrity of our refund policy for all students.

7 Program Transfers

If the program you enrolled in isn't quite right, you might prefer transferring to a different Weblinki program rather than requesting a refund.

Transfers are possible within 30 days of enrollment if you've completed less than 25% of your current program. Any price difference will be charged or credited accordingly. This option gives you flexibility without restarting the enrollment process entirely.
