Build Interfaces People Actually Want to Use

Design skills matter. But you probably figured that out after the third time someone said your portfolio looked "nice" without actually hiring you.

Here's what we've noticed after working with 200+ designers in Taiwan's tech scene: most training programs teach you to make things pretty. We help you make things that work.

Our September 2025 cohort focuses on the messy reality of UI design — client feedback loops, stakeholder meetings where everyone has opinions, and building systems that survive real-world teams.

What Actually Changes After Training

We tracked outcomes from our 2024 graduates. These numbers come from follow-ups six months after program completion.

Portfolio Quality

Most participants rebuilt their portfolios during week three. That's when the "before" work starts looking embarrassing.

78%

replaced their entire portfolio within two months

Client Communication

Learning to talk about design decisions without saying "it just looks better" changes everything. Especially in meetings.

4.2/5

average improvement in stakeholder feedback scores

Project Efficiency

When you stop redesigning the same button seventeen times, you finish projects faster. Revolutionary concept.

-35%

average reduction in revision cycles reported

How the Program Actually Works

Foundation Weeks (1-4)

No fluff about color theory from 1842. You'll rebuild actual websites from companies in Taiwan's market and figure out why they work or don't.

  • Deconstruct 12 real e-commerce interfaces
  • Map user flows for complex SaaS products
  • Build your first component library (it'll be messy, that's fine)

Application Period (5-10)

This is where most programs fall apart. We simulate actual client projects with contradictory feedback, tight deadlines, and stakeholders who "just want it to pop more."

  • Work on three simultaneous client briefs
  • Present designs to real product managers
  • Handle revision requests without losing your mind

Portfolio Development (11-14)

Your existing portfolio probably shows your best pixels. We help you show your thinking instead — the part clients actually want to see.

  • Document three case studies with actual problems and solutions
  • Create presentation decks that skip the adjectives
  • Practice explaining decisions to non-designers

What Graduates Say Six Months Later

Product Designer at Fintech Startup

The program didn't promise me a job, which I appreciated. What changed was how I talked about my work in interviews. Within three months I had two offers, both from companies I actually wanted to work for.

Freelance UI Designer

I stopped getting the "can you make it more modern" feedback because I learned to ask better questions upfront. My client retention went from maybe 40% to over 80%. That's real money, not just portfolio pieces.

Next Cohort Starts September 2025

We're keeping it small — 24 people maximum. Applications open in June, but you can see the full curriculum and requirements now.

Fair warning: this program requires about 15 hours per week outside of sessions. If you're looking for weekend-only learning, this probably won't work.

The investment is significant, but we've structured payment options that make sense for people actually working in design already.
